"As a first time home owner, I cannot recommend Featherston village enough! There’s an ample amount of walking areas within the neighborhood and 2 large dog parks. Another great perk is the HOA taking care of lawn space and knowing it will always look great!

"I love Featherston Village for so many reasons! The unique bungalow style homes, the two dog parks and ample green space throughout the neighborhood, and the proximity to all the shops and restaurants that Centerton and Bentonville have to offer.
Not to mention, the HOA covers lawn care, which is a major plus for me!
